This page outlines the general terms and conditions covering hotel reservations at the Balancé Surf & Yoga Retreat in Playa El Tunco, El Salvador (Also known as Surf City). These terms do not cover yoga retreats; all yoga retreat bookings come with an agreement contract covering the payment terms and conditions for each event.
Deposits
Our system is set by default to bill your reservation in full, for 100%. On a case-by-case basis, we accept 50% deposit payments for booking. Typically we require that your reservation be more than 6 months in advance to process your reservation this way. Yoga Retreat inquiries and bookings have a unique set of terms and milestone payments, please email to inquire about the retreat you are interested in hosting or joining as a guest.
Cancellations and Reservation Changes
We require a 30-day advance notice for cancellation with refund of deposit. For cancellations with less than 30 days notice, but at least 2 weeks (14 days) notice, the reservation amount may be applied to a future reservation with 12 months of the original booking date. Cancellations with less than 14 days advanced notice are non-refundable and non-transferrable to future bookings.
